To start a return, you can contact us at info@thedailytreasures.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


1. Refunds: We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our customized phone cases, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Exchanges: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Contact us within 14 days: Notify us of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to [your contact email].

b. Provide details and evidence: In your email, include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

c. Return the item: Once we review your request and authorize an exchange, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Eligibility for Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
